Exercise videos to help you get active at home
The HSE has a range of free exercise videos to help people stay physically and mentally healthy.
The videos are suitable for beginners and can help improve strength, flexibility, fitness and overall wellbeing. Options include short sessions, chair exercises, strength and conditioning, Pilates and yoga.
What is included
The HSE exercise video page includes:

Some sessions are around 10 minutes, while others are longer. You can choose what feels manageable and build up gradually.
Before you start
If you have any health problems, are recovering from an injury, or are unsure whether the exercises are suitable for you, get advice from your GP before starting.
Stop exercising and seek medical advice if any movement causes pain or discomfort.
Why physical activity matters
