This webinar will provide insights into how traumatic loss shapes grief\, highlight the physical and emotional impacts of grieving\, and share practical ways to care for yourself through both trauma and grief. \nThe session will feature guest speaker Liz Gleeson\, Psychotherapist specialising in Loss & Grief\, Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapist\, and Founder & Director of Shapes of Grief/Grief & Loss Training Hub. \nThe evening will include: \n\n\nA welcome from Fiona Tuomey\, CEO of HUGG \n\n\nPresentation by Liz Gleeson on trauma and self-care \n\n\nInformation about HUGG’s suicide bereavement support services \n\n\nThis event is particularly relevant for those bereaved by suicide or suspected suicide\, as well as those supporting them — including volunteers\, community workers\, healthcare staff\, funeral directors\, chaplains\, teachers\, Gardaí\, and others.
