DESCRIPTION:Parenting Cavan is offering a free Parents Plus Early Years Programme for parents and guardians of children aged 0–5 years. \nThe programme is also suitable for parents and guardians of children with additional needs\, including ADHD\, autism and other developmental differences. \nParents Plus programmes are developed in partnership with families and services. They are designed to support positive outcomes for children\, families\, communities and the services that support them. \nThe programme will cover practical topics including: \n\nsupporting your child’s self-esteem and confidence\nhelping children to do what you ask\ntuning in to your child and pressing the pause button\nestablishing routines and rewards\npraising good behaviour and ignoring misbehaviour\nparent self-care\n\nPlaces are free\, but booking is required.
