Parenting Cavan is hosting a free early years event for parents and families.

The event is for:

• parents-to-be
• breastfeeding mothers
• parents and guardians
• families with babies and toddlers aged 0–36 months

A guest speaker will give a talk for Infant Mental Health Awareness Week. This will be followed by a baby massage session with Moo Music.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available on arrival. Organisations will also be in attendance.
