Return to School Checklist for Parents

1. Has your child been in contact recently with anyone who may have tested positive for Covid 19. If so
   • Have you contacted the school?
   • Are you self Isolating?
2. Does Your Child have the required Face-mask
   • Please note all students will be given a PPE pack but must have their own mask
3. Does your child have their own stationary. Sharing wont be permitted.
4. Is your child online ready. All homework will be given online and students will need a device.
   • If your child does not have a device at home you can rent one from the school
5. Does your child have the school tracksuit so they can do PE
6. Does your child have their own water-bottle
   • Students will not be able to refill bottles in school due to restrictions
7. Does your child have a warm jacket for school.
   • Students will be encouraged to go outside as much as possible.
8. Does your child have an underlying health condition
   • If so have you informed the school
9. Have you paid school fees for books and registration
   • Students will not receive there books if fees are not paid
10. School meals will continue as normal but students are encouraged to bring their own lunch
